Beth is a Pittsburgh-based food writer whose work has appeared in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, CraftPittsburgh and her blog www.bethkurtztaylor.com.

Sharing stories about the people and traditions behind regional foods is often the focus of her writing. Since 2012, she has been with 'Burgh Bits and Bites leading food tours in the Strip District and Lawrenceville. Behind the scenes, she blogs for us and helps with tour development. Beth holds a Master of Arts in Food Studies from Chatham University and lives in Penn Township with her son Ted and a plethora of cookbooks.
